How Our Grocery Assistance Works
All grocery orders are placed by our admin team — no funds are given directly to families.
What We'll Ask You
To make sure we get the right items for your family, we'll need to know:
Whether you receive SNAP benefits and the amount
Ages of all family members
Whether you prefer "quick and easy" meals or "full meal" cooking
Any food allergies or dietary restrictions
If you can pick up (Walmart) or need delivery
If you're in a hotel — whether you have access to a kitchen
Specific food preferences for your family
Pickup & Delivery Options
We work with you to get supplies in the most convenient way:
Walmart Pickup
We place the order and you pick it up at your nearest Walmart location
Delivery
If you don't have transportation, we can arrange delivery through our volunteer network
Supply Drop-Offs
Cleaning supplies, toiletries, and diapers are often delivered directly by volunteers.
Note: We do our best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee every specific item.
